Additional price information:

Prices are per week and include the cost of gas, water and electricity.

Booking deposit of 20% of the total rental cost (or 100% if within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday) is required to secure booking.

Security deposit required, notified on the confirmation of booking and due with final holiday balance.

Travel, cancellation and personal liability insurance strongly recommended.

Heating is not normally required during the summer months although there is a wood burning stove available for use. (wood at additional charge)

Bicycles are available for use free of charge.

Welcome pack available on request, please ask for details and prices.

An end of stay gite cleaning service is available on request, please ask for details

and prices when you make your booking.

Linen:

Bed linen and towels ( 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel per person ) are provided and are included in the rental price.

Pool towels are not provided but may be hired at a charge of €2 per towel per week.

All extra costs involved for services provided during your stay must be paid for
